A Green Milestone: Securo Presents Environmental Product Declarations for the Cavity Barrier

Securo is pleased to launch Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) for our cavity barrier. This concise document summarizes the environmental profile of the product in a standardized and objective manner.

In collaboration with LCA Norway, we commit to developing EPDs in accordance with ISO 14025 and EN 15804 standards. The first available EPD covers our cavity barrier with a width of 36mm, and we are continuously working to expand the portfolio to include more dimensions and product variants. The EPD is available in both English and Norwegian.

"Our customers can now access detailed information about the environmental impact of our products, empowering them to make informed decisions for a sustainable future."

To meet the ever-growing demands for sustainability and make EPDs accessible to a wider audience, our EPD specialists, Ole Øivind and Bengt Are, have completed specialized user courses to generate accurate EPDs.
